Voluntariado al deporte y educación (Sport and education's voluntering) was founded by Romanett Alcaíno, Paloma Escribano, Francisca Banchero, Paulina Salazar and Ángel Espinoza on 2004. Lito Acosta was the economic support for this idea.
Paulina and Ángel was the original creators, and they saw an opportunity of change the life of a thousand young people. They wanted to help them and they started to organizate some football tournament to the kids on town.
Then, they started with trainings and they teaching the kids ethics and values.
On that period, they knew Romanett, Paloma and Febe (Francisca). They help to grow up the project helping with the kids and organizing dutys. They search a economic support (it was Lito) and made an official institution, called VO.D.Y.E.
On this days, VODYE is a great institution, with 3 sports and 3 academic subjects, with professional people working as volunteers and helping to educate to the kids on the towns.
